Who we are
getdesignskills.com is independently operated, based in Spain. By purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms. For any questions, contact hello@getdesignskills.com.
What you are buying
Each skill is a digital product consisting of a set of files (SKILL.md, README.md) designed for use with Claude Code. You are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files in your own projects. You are not purchasing ownership of the files or any intellectual property rights.
Permitted use
You may use the skills in unlimited personal and commercial projects. You may modify the skill files for your own use. You may not publish, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the original or modified skill files as a standalone product or as part of another product.
No refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the product, we do not offer refunds after purchase, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (digital content exemption). If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, email hello@getdesignskills.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Single-user license
Each license is for a single user. If your team needs access, each member must purchase their own license. Sharing login credentials, download links, or files with others is a violation of these terms.
Disclaimer
The skill files are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about specific outputs produced by Claude Code when using these files, as results depend on your prompts, your project, and the behavior of Claude. We are not affiliated with Anthropic.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.
